Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
This role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory, working towards the achievement of the company’s goal of creating successful project outcomes and reducing customer pain.
This role is well-suited to an individual with a passion for customer success, LED lighting technology, and a desire to drive business growth through strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth within the territory.
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support escalations from customers.
- Guide customers through the installation and integration of our products, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Production to advocate for customer needs and issue resolutions.
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify and address potential issues or opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to prioritize enhancements and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve any client issues promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather customer information to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Professionally represent the company in all interactions, maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation in the marketplace.
- Take ownership of the customer engagement process, from initiation to the conclusion of the customer journey to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- 2- years of proven experience in client relationship management and project coordination.
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Technical background in Electronics / Electrical Engineering is a plus
- Strong understanding of exceptional customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and independently when required to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Proficient in using ERP, CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative in ensuring successful project outcomes for clients
- Knowledge of the LED lighting market and industry trends.
