Concession Stand Worker

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, in compliance with provincial laws and venue policies.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process customer orders and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand and surrounding areas.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient service throughout the event.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.

• Minimum age of 18 (due to alcohol service requirements).
• Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., Serve Right or equivalent) or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Previous experience in food service, concessions, or customer service is considered an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Competitive hourly wage of $15.75 to $17.00, based on experience.
