The Electromechanicalsegment provides automation and precision motion control solutionsas well as electrical interconnects specialty metals and thermalmanagement systems.

Job Description : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Studiesblueprints sketches drawings manuals specification or sample partto determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiecesequence of operations and setup requirements.
Measure mark andscribe dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece asguides for subsequent machining. Selects aligns and secures holdingfixtures cutting tools attachments accessories and materials onmachines.
Calculates and sets controls to regulate machiningfactors such as speed feed coolant flow depth and angle of cut.
Ability to readdrawings and tape measure accurately. Basic math skills to includeaddition subtraction multiplication and division for whole numbersand fractions.
Basic understanding of the difference betweenstandard and metric measurements
Ability to learn how to operate band sawdrill press and beveling machines. Ability to safely use a cuttingtorch and grinding equipment.
Ability to perform basic math skills to add subtractmultiply and divide units of measure in decimals and fractions.Able to calculate dimensions and angles.
Ability to perform basic layout work.Experience in use of measuring equipment including micrometerscalipers and rulers. As well as height thread and pin gages.
Other duties as maybe deemed by management or the lists below.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
03 years of experience or equivalent.
High school diploma.
An understanding ofmachining fundamentals.
Heavy lifting (frequently 25ilbs ).
Regularly exposed to fumes andairborne particles.
Stooping climbing and standing.
