We would love to meet :

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• At least 2 years of practical experience in machinery repair and / or maintenance within a manufacturing production setting
• Diploma in machinery or industrial mechanics is required
• Exceptionally detail-oriented
• Innovative and forward-thinking, capable of generating and implementing original ideas
• Leadership and / or training expertise (asset)

Main Responsibilities :

• Oversee the repair and maintenance of production machinery to ensure optimal functionality
• Read technical drawings and specifications to produce parts required for machinery repair
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance procedures performed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment
