Business Analyst Supplier Management
Opportunity to join the Fixed Income Technology Business Execution Team, who deliver end-to-end management of a $mm Book of Work.
The successful Candidate will provide horizontal support enabling the execution of supplier management strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a central point of contact within the Business Office for all Supplier related activities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure contracts (new and renewals) are executed efficiently and in line with all the applicable policies and approvals.
- Work closely with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to ensure required Third Party Management activities are completed to facilitate timely execution of contracts
- Ensure that all supplier costs are accurately reflected and forecasted in both current and future year budgets
- Provide reporting to inform and drive Supplier Management Strategy
- Ensuring that all activities are in line with current risk appetite and compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Other activities as required.
Experience / Skills :
- Stakeholder management
- Understanding of financials, budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ability to track financials and resource utilization charts to manage contract draw down
- Ability to manage risk when making business decisions
- Adept in all Microsoft Office tools, preferably advanced excel
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Managing relationships with a Global Team.
