What you will be doing :

Reporting to the VP, Product Management, the Product Manager is both a people leader and an influential strategic thinker and doer.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the coaching, development, and management of a group of Product Owners. You will also be responsible for executing on the Product & Technology roadmap via initiatives, facilitating cross-team delivery with clear understanding of platform personas and market needs.

The key responsibilities for this role :

  • Support and nurture the development and performance of a group of Product Owners
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of persona segmentation
  • Develop and maintain awareness of the market and competitive landscape
  • Evangelize the Product Vision
  • Define, explore, plan, and lead the execution of strategic initiatives in support of realizing Product & Technology roadmap
  • Conduct business analysis and stakeholder management
  • Lead cross-team coordination and alignment for complex initiative management
  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership working collaboratively with your UX, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure counterparts
  • Monitor and analyze the use of releases in the market to determine if value is attained as hypothesized

What you’ll bring to this role :

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Experience working in an Agile organization (experience with SAFe is a plus)
  • Experience managing and developing people
  • Strong ability to influence, inspire, and coach direct and indirect teams
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) with the ability to adapt communication approach based on audience preferences and style
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Ability to handle criticisms and / or justify decisions. Expects major objections. Has experience navigating through conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast-changing environment
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
  • Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail that developers can work with
  • Experience working for a fast growth SaaS company a strong asset
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to realize maximum value
