The Wood Automotive Group is looking for a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office team! This is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave for 12 months.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support daily office operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage travel arrangements, and experience handling company-issued mobile devices and related contracts. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ administrative experience with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and adapt when handling multiple tasks. Superior organization and a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
