Partner Staffing Calgary is hiring for a newcommercial / industrial / utilities project manager in their PDS group.You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering constructionprojects on behalf of clients.

This role requires strong projectmanagement skills exceptional communication abilities and a keeneye for detail to ensure successful project completion with scopebudget and timeline.

This PM will be working primarily in theemphasis of commercial utilities transportation and industrialprojects.

Description

Inthis role you will leadand manage construction projects from start to finish ensuringtimely completion within budget. Projectsmay range from midsized to large.

You will be responsible for theProject Scheduling and CostEstimates / Management

Youwill communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provideproject status updates and addressconcerns. Youwill head up project and site meetings and perform fieldreviews.

Youwill be responsible to handle multiple projects simultaneously andwork effectively underpressure.

Provideleadership in development of new opportunities andproposals.

• 5years of direct Canadian experience within a consulting environmentin CommercialConstruction
• Experience withinTransportation Utility or Energy type ofprojects.
• Extendedexposure to construction regulations and codes in WesternCanada
• Bachelorsin Engineering or Construction management with P.Eng or CET as anasset
• PMPand PMI considered anasset
• CostManagement and Budgeting / Estimating skills with experience indesign management and proposalwriting
• Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills and excellent communicationand collaborationabilities
