Responsibilities :
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framingformwork and finishing according to projectspecifications.
- Assist with concrete workincluding pouring leveling and finishing concretesurfaces.
- Install insulated concretefoundations ensuring accurate placement andalignment.
- Operate hand and power tools safelyand effectively.
- Follow blueprints drawings andinstructions to complete tasksaccurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment adhering to safetyprotocols.
- Collaborate with team members andcontractors to meet project deadlines andgoals.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in carpentry orconstruction work with a preference for at least 1 year ofexperience.
- Ability to perform physicallydemanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working invarious weather conditions.
- Knowledge ofcarpentry techniques tools andmaterials.
- Strong attention to detail and afocus on quality workmanship.
- Effectivecommunication skills and the ability to work well within ateam.
- Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation to commute to job sites in TorbayNL.
PreferredQualifications :
- Certification or training in carpentry or arelated field is advantageous.
- Experience withconcrete work and insulated concrete forms(ICFs).
- Familiarity with construction safetyregulations and practices.
