Real Estate Development - Design Project Manager

THE ROLE

As the Design Project Manager, Architecture you will lead the team to :

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Ensure our designs meet all regulatory, code and permitting requirements.

Design, manage and coordinate all external design documentation.

Develop and manage all technical design documentation as it relates to functional drawing sections.

Design and maintain catalogues across all specialty elements for all spaces while continuously innovating our designs and approach.

Develop and integrate technical solutions and tools that increase efficiency and standardize our design approach.

Coordinate all drawings ensuring the design intent is realized and to validate they are accurately executed on in the build.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Design Project Manager, Architecture has :

Proven skills, education, and / or applicable certifications in the best practices and applications of CAD and REVIT software, AEC applications and building technologies.

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $90,000 $125,000 CADper year. The final agreed upon salarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
