What you need :

• Bilingualism to support customers outside the Quebec region
• College or university degree in commerce, IT, marketing or similar field
• 2 years' experience in e-commerce analysis or similar role
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems accurately
• Excellent communication skills to present data clearly and concisely
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, trends and technologies

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Actively participating in the planning and monitoring of projects to ensure their success
• Analyzing data related to their online store using tools such as Google Analytics
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors' activities to recommend improvements
• Collaborating with different teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations
• Establishing testing strategies, validating solution quality, preparing deployment plans
• Designing training materials on the company's e-commerce processes
• Acting as an advisor to internal users
