The Role :
Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation and partnering with Marketing & Sales Leaders, who drive the online business. You will be responsible for :
Excelling in client-facing roles, setting, and managing client expectations.
Translating business requirements into technical objectives.
Communicating between all the involved areas to drive the successful delivery of the services and offers
Understanding and integrating cultural differences and leading virtual cross-cultural, cross-border, and expanding global teams
Advising in Best Practices on eCommerce and CRM from both a business and a technology standpoint.
The Requirements :
8 – 10 years experience with strong knowledge in all SAP Hybris “clouds”
E-commerce expertise on B2C & B2B.
CRM and online retail expertise.
Agile, scrum & sprints methodology hands-on experience.
Ability to work with 3rd party vendors.
