Position : Senior Project Manager (events)

Salary : $75K to $85K

Our client, a leading design-build company, is undergoing a dynamic transformation. They design and build breathtaking exhibition stands, events, and retail spaces.

Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Strategy :
- Collaborate with clients and account directors to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements for each project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering all logistical and technical aspects.
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates on project progress.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Logistics and Operations :
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of projects, including shipping, transportation, installation, and dismantling, to ensure smooth and efficient on-site execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms and prices for goods and services.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management :
- Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections to ensure that all stand components meet our strict standards of excellence and adhere to client specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, event management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the trade show and events industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, and familiarity with stand design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to trade shows, events, and experiential marketing.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
