Associate Principal Consultant Development
Job DescriptionDevelop technical solutions aligned with business objectives; Lead technical design sessions; identify gaps between current and desired end statesMust have Manage service experienceLead multi-faceted internal teams, balancing SR’s resources to maximise impact to the customer while still focusing on their professional development and career progressionEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustStrong background in system customization, especially within Salesforce core functionalities.
Proficiency in Salesforce Apex programming for custom business logic and functionality.Expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Must have experience of leading the team of support engineers.Good understanding of implementation and support for Sales and Service cloudFollow and help define coding standards.
Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followedManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce effortsAdvanced Salesforce development skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Platform Events, REST, SOAP, Metadata & Streaming APIsDeep Knowledge of Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSLCertified Platform Developer I at a minimumCertified Platform Developer II a plusUnderstanding of architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutionsUnderstanding of sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architectureKnowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologiesOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
