Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followedManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce effortsAdvanced Salesforce development skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Platform Events, REST, SOAP, Metadata & Streaming APIsDeep Knowledge of Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSLCertified Platform Developer I at a minimumCertified Platform Developer II a plusUnderstanding of architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutionsUnderstanding of sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architectureKnowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
