Customer Service Representative - Longueuil (Hybrid mode)
Position : Customer Service Representative
Location : Longueuil, hybrid mode
Salary : $19 per hour + commission program
Work Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :
- Enter customer orders into the database system
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, availability, and pricing
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide quality service regarding various products
- Recommend products tailored to customer needs
- Perform other duties related to the position
Requirements :
- Bilingualism required to serve customers outside Quebec and ensure smooth communication with the head office
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and / or sales
- Availability to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
