Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of all team members to ensure alignment with brand values and service expectations.
- Standards Compliance : Maintain strict adherence to operational policies, procedures, and quality standards across a range of dining concepts, ensuring excellence from casual dining to fine dining experiences.
