In this role you will grow the Eastern region SuperPass commercial fleet program through the Petro-Canada Retail and Wholesale channels by uncovering and processing new sales opportunities.
As a Sales Executive you will guide, serve, and mature your accounts to deliver strong and sustainable growth in your portfolio.
Minimum Requirements :
One to five years of experience in a sales role that requires meeting targets, and fostering relationships over the phone or through email
Bilingual must be fluent in French with the ability to communicate professionally in English
Advanced negotiating skills in order to influence decisions and achieve consensus while building positive relationships and credibility
Sound problem solving, analytical skills and decision-making abilities
A self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and non-authoritative leadership skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; customer relationship management (CRM), SAP / CCS and Power BI
Responsibilities :
Generate, process and mature a customer base of approximately 1,000-2,000 accounts annually to enable them to purchase from our Petro-Canada cardlock and retail network
Prepare pricing proposals, competitive pricing and promotion comparisons
Execute SuperPass online functionality demonstrations
Provide exceptional customer service by taking an empathetic and solutioning attitude
Complete monthly portfolio reviews and analysis that supports strategic opportunity planning, decision-making and management to achieve growth targets
Take a disciplined approach to optimize your sales funnel to achieve shortened sales cycles
Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders to improve processes and drive sales growth
Location and other Key Details :
You will work out of our Montréal office, located at 11701 Sherbrooke Street East or our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 6th Ave S.W.
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
Light travel may be required (ie : Tradeshows, Promotions, Conferences)
