Responsibilities
- Ensure all monthly financial and management property reporting is produced
- Monitor property cash positions and prepare monthly cash distributions and cash calls
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Record collection, review, and monitor accounts receivable and payables
- Prepare accurate tenant chargebacks on a timely basis
- Maintain and clear tenant query log and ensure tenant files are current at all times
- Prepare all CAM / tax year-end reconciliations in accordance with tenant leases and ensure the timely delivery to tenants within specified time periods
Requirements :
- 3+ years' strong property accounting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
