Our client located in Guelph is a well-established Public Accounting firm looking to hire a Manager. This is a local accounting firm with a great reputation and many long-term employees.

Responsibilities :
- Completing Compilation and Review of engagement files
- Mentor and review the work of junior staff members
- Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
- Helping, supporting the Assistant Client Manager with all technical knowledge requirements
- Assist Senior Client manager with business mentoring, strategic tax planning, structuring advice
- Professional development of the staff
Requirements :
- You must have your CPA designation.
- 5+ years experience in Public Accounting post CPA designation.
- Passion to lead and train a team.
- Strong technical skills.
