Your Role and Responsibilities :

Sales :

  • Manage sales activities in your territory : identify, develop, and maintain customers.
  • Promote products to consulting engineering firms and other clients.
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments for information transfer post-sale.
  • Produce and update sales reports in the CRM.
  • Keep client records up to date.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management.
  • Provide market information to senior management to improve competitive positioning.

Sales Support :

  • Coordinate sales-related activities.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and sales channels.
  • Handle quotations and orders, including contract verification.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Degree in Building Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC products and systems (a significant asset).
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Active listening skills, customer service-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Team player and autonomous.
  • Problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with HVAC product selection software is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
