Position : Receptionist
Location : Lachine
Salary : $50,000 + full benefits
Schedule : Mon to Fri 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 15 p.m. (Summer Fridays finish at 2 p.m.)
An international leading manufacturer is seeking a Receptionist for their Lachine office. The company offers a very amiable and pleasant working environment where employees are satisfied and there is little to no turnover.
This role is open due to long-standing employee retiring after many years in the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Receiving calls / Greeting visitors
- Writing memos
- Handling cash and cheque management
- Office supply inventory
- Administrative tasks....and more!
Qualifications :
- Min 5+ years of experience as a receptionist / front desk
- Bilingual with good communication skills to support internal and external clients across Canada
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable person with a friendly and welcoming personality
