Bilingual (EN/FR) Customer Sales Representative

We are looking to grow our team of Bilingual Customer Sales Representatives for our Lendcare subsidiary. This is a business-to-consumer role to help support LendCare customers with any questions regarding their personal loans.

The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exemplary sales experience to our customers during every interaction
• Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to offer them pre-approved personal loans that match with their needs
• Respond to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
• Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
• Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements :

• 1 year experience working customer service or sales roles is preferred
• Financial services background is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office

Schedule : Monday - Friday, rotating schedules 9AM - 5PM and 11AM - 7PM; one Saturday / month
