Records Management
Description
Our government client is seeking a records management contractor with Secret clearance.
Duties
- Review classified documents and generate meta-data profiles (including abstracts and keyword lists) of the documents.
- Catalogue and store electronic documents based on approved operating procedures and guidelines.
- Catalogue and store hard copy documents based on approved operating procedures and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain cataloguing operating procedures and guidelines.
- Liaise and consult with DAVPM 5 personnel and Subject Matter Experts to best describe and catalogue documents
Qualifications
- Current SECRET status and Canadian Citizenship.
- Min of 3 positive references (min 2 professional); and
- Copy of CV.
- Recent experience working with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
- Recent experience sorting and cataloging hard copy documents.
- Recent experience sorting and cataloging electronic documents.
- Experience writing document profiles and summaries.
- Knowledge of technical military concepts, terms, and acronyms related to armoured vehicles and survivability.
