Records Keeper/Clerk
1. Record Management : Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital, by sorting, indexing, and filing documents according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
2. Retrieval and Distribution : Retrieve requested records efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to authorized personnel while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
3. Quality Control : Conduct regular audits and quality checks on records to identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure data integrity and compliance with record-keeping standards.
