Regional Field Executive

The PÜR Regional Field Executive at Astral Health & Beauty leads and oversees a team of PÜR Sales & Education and Selling Specialists.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the presence of PÜR within the Shoppers Drug Mart retail environment across the designated region.
The PÜR Regional Field Executive collaborates closely with Shoppers Drug Mart store teams, executes merchandising plan, and ensures brand representation aligns with our values and goals.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the beauty industry, and a proven track record in field sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Relationship Management :
- Lead and execute all regional business plans aligned with the overall brand strategy to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Shoppers Drug Mart store managers and staff to ensure a positive brand experience for customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed regional sales targets and revenue growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any brand-related queries or concerns within the region.
Brand Representation :
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring the brand image is consistently represented in Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays, merchandising, and overall brand presentation.
Training & Development :
- Conduct training programs for Sales & Education Specialists to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure a high level of expertise within PÜR at Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
Market Intelligence :
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to provide valuable information for brand enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with the brand and product development teams.
Promotional Execution :
- Drive customer engagement initiatives, including events, promotions, and brand experiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage regional freelance budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape, particularly in partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
