Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of cold calling experience and equipped with a consultative sales skills in the computer or point of sale technology sales industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate point of sale hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
Requirements :
- Self disciplined, self motivated and self driven
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably in the computer, point of sale sales industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An asset
