Our client, Donvito Collision & Glass , is an industry leading company, winning the Consumer Choice Award for Collision Repair and Top Choice Award for Auto Glass Repair / Replacement.

Reporting to the Collision Center Manager, Donvito Collision & Glass is currently looking for an Estimator to join their team.

The Estimator is Responsible For :

• Assuring that each vehicle is in a position that a complete and accurate damage appraisal is possible and that any needed disassembly is accomplished.
• Inspecting the vehicle for damage to the structure, sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, glass and interior components and necessary refinishing to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
• Noting any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may need repair.
• Specifying all needed repair operations, replacement parts and labor operations and / or sublet operations to be performed.
• Reviewing current estimating guide procedure pages to assure that all needed but not-included operations and parts or materials are specified.
• Communicating with the CSR, customer, and insurance adjuster as needed to obtain approval for the repair.
• Reviewing damage appraisals with technicians, as appropriate, to clearly explain needed repairs, any customer pay items, and special instructions.
• Following-up on any repairs requiring supplements to promptly obtain approvals.
• Auditing insurance estimates for proactive supplements.

You and Your Experience :

• You have previous experience within the collision repair business.
• Post-secondary education in a related field would be an asset.
• You have effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• You are detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients.
