Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Labourer to join our clients team for a Temporary to possibly permanent role in Peterborough, ON.
The role, within the manufacturing industry, involves various production tasks, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The successful candidate will support the production team by performing essential duties such as component cleaning, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
Location : Peterborough, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 15pm
Job type : Temporary to permanent potential Full-time
Hires fast, pays weekly.

Responsibilities : As a Manufacturing Labourer, you will :
Perform manufacturing duties, including component cleaning using different solvents with meticulous attention to detail and safety.
Handle shipping and receiving tasks, managing incoming and outgoing products, and packaging / un-packaging materials.
Support production by moving in-process materials and components.
Label and identify equipment and components accurately.
Execute general housekeeping duties and equipment cleaning.
Ensure legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada, exhibiting excellent safety awareness and relevant training (WHMIS, Lifting, etc.).
Demonstrate experience or background in industrial manufacturing or production.
Possess a general understanding of mechanical repairs and maintenance with moderate technical aptitude.
Be computer-friendly and capable of reading fundamental drawings and instructions.
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
Have a desire to learn and expand knowledge.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will :
Be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Have excellent safety awareness and relevant training.
Possess some experience or background in industrial manufacturing or production.
Demonstrate a general understanding of mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Be computer-friendly and able to read fundamental drawings and instructions.
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
Have a strong desire to learn and expand their knowledge.
