SyncRobotics is expanding their talented team of individuals and iscurrently seeking a Shipper and Receiver who would enjoy a hybridrole responsible for administrative tasks and handson warehouseresponsibilities.

As the ideal candidate you will play a pivotalrole in contributing to the smooth operation of the company bydemonstrating a keen eye for detail accuracy and a proactiveapproach to working with a team supporting front of houseadministration and warehouse functions.

Keyresponsibilities will include :

• Supportwith general clerical duties including filing paperwork answeringphones handling incoming and outgoing correspondence checking mailand maintaining officesupplies;
• Supportprocurement by managing and placing orders with vendors maintaininginventory levels setting up new vendors following up on overdue POsfinding alternatives to items unavailable and negotiating betterpricing;
• Prepareand process orders including picking packing andshipping;
• Assistin scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments including orderprocessing inventory management and coordinating with the carriersensuring ontimedelivery;
• Receiveincoming shipments check contents against purchase orders andpacking slips reporting anyissues;
• Managereturns and communicate with customers regarding order status anddeliveryissues;
• Maintainaccurate inventory records using our inventory management softwareTotalETO;
• Maintaina clean and organized warehouse including organizing stockconducting monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies;
• labelling and storing items in the properlocation;
• Operatewarehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks;Performadditional duties and provide support to various departments asneeded.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional education or certificateis aplus;
• Previousexperience in warehouse / logistics and administration ispreferred;
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (word Excel PowerPointOutlook);
• Proficiencyin inventory management software Total ETO is anasset;
• Strongadministrative skills including data entry andreporting;
• Abilityto prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment;
• Excellentcommunication skills and interpersonal skills with a collaborativeworkstyle;
• Selfmotivatedwith the ability to work autonomously and in a teambasedenvironment;
• Abilityto handle data with confidentiality andintegrity;
• Excellentorganizational multitasking abilities and time managementskills;
• Strongattention to detail and accuracy inwork;
• Positiveattitude and willingness tolearn;
• Abilityto lift heavy objects of 50lbs orless;
• Forkliftcertification preferred but not required; training will beprovided.
