Parts Delivery Driver

Dawson International Truck Centres is looking for a Parts Delivery Driver to transport essential automotive components to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

The Parts Delivery Driver will handle logistics, maintain delivery records, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

In this role you will be a valued member of Dawson International Truck Centres, working in a permanent, full-time position of Parts Delivery Driver , reporting to the Manager of Parts .

This role is responsible for promptly assisting the needs of our customers and technicians in delivering required parts and supplies as well as keeping inventory control over parts and accessories.

Your base location will be Kelowna, BC . WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Provide excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders
• Perform general warehouse duties and customer assistance as needed
• Load truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries
• Unload truck as needed at customer and / or branch locations
• Fill customer orders by retrieving material from the warehouse and other locations
• Check in and put away material, verifying quantities and quality of received material
• Assist in maintaining appearance of branch as needed
• Continuously update product knowledge
• Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect
• Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner WHAT YOU BRING
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in a retail / commission sales environment
• Delivery experience preferred
• Valid minimum Class 5 Drivers license
• Possess a clean driver abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willing to work overtime
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
