A Montreal-based company offering voice processing technology solutions is looking for a Service and Technical Support Agent.

The successful candidate must be familiar with the Windows environment and the Office suite, understand local network infrastructure and PC components.

This position is 100% remote working, allowing for a high degree of autonomy and a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration (remote)
  • User training
  • Technical support for dictation, speech recognition and medical transcription software
  • 24 / 7 on-call availability one week in 3 (bonus offered)

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service
  • Previous level 1 technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Autonomy, dynamism and ability to handle complex problems
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Knowledge of local network infrastructure and PC components
  • Proficiency in Office suite and Windows environment
