Our Belle River team is excited to be adding a Personal and Commercial Lines Account Manager.
You within our PIB Team :
Provide support to the client-facing brokers as well as communicate directly with clientele. Assist our team by executing the processing of insurance policy changes within the insurance company portals.
Assist client-facing brokers by ordering and retrieving insurance reports, following up with the insurance company for policy documents, and policy validation reviews to ensure the accuracy of the documents received.
Process a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to completion of certificates of insurance, letter processing, and mailing of documents
What you’ll do :
- Support clients through service and advice on personal or commercial lines insurance products tailored to their unique needs.
- Work directly with insurance companies by responding to their requests.
- Provide service to clients by phone.
- Meet deadlines and multi-task .
- Review policies to ensure they are written accurately.
- Adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines related to insurance sales.
- Opportunities to write new clientele, and assist in maintaining a book of business with renewal remarkets, customer support, quotes, payment processing, and cancellations.
- Remain engaged in the insurance community and stay informed about changes or trends.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting, assisting fellow team members.
- Act as a representative of Programmed Insurance Brokers at brokerage, community, and insurance company events.
What we are looking for :
- Valid RIBO license - experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills.
- An adept problem solver who thrives on challenges.
- Highly organized, detailed, and proficient in time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Proficient in MS Word, & Outlook.
- Experience with Epic and ARS is an asset

Pay : $47,000.00-$72,000.00 per year plus commissions and bonus
