Pacesetter Sales & Associates is an Independent Sales Agency representing manufacturers of industrial and safety products in Canada.
Founded in 1992, Pacesetter has grown into a National Sales Agency with a strong reputation in the Canadian industrial distribution marketplace.
We are currently seeking a Territory Manager, based in Southern Ontario responsible for sales across Southwestern Ontario and Manitoba.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively creating, supporting, and closing sales opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with manufacturer partners
- Engaging in the field at both the end-user and distributor level
- Travel to Northern ON & Manitoba
- Using the CRM (Salesforce) to create efficiencies, track leads, opportunities, and maintain contacts

Qualifications
- Sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Understanding of the safety and industrial supply industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field is preferred
