Territory Manager

Pacesetter Sales & Associates is an Independent Sales Agency representing manufacturers of industrial and safety products in Canada.

Founded in 1992, Pacesetter has grown into a National Sales Agency with a strong reputation in the Canadian industrial distribution marketplace.

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager, based in Southern Ontario responsible for sales across Southwestern Ontario and Manitoba.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively creating, supporting, and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop strong working relationships with manufacturer partners
  • Engaging in the field at both the end-user and distributor level
  • Travel to Northern ON & Manitoba
  • Using the CRM (Salesforce) to create efficiencies, track leads, opportunities, and maintain contacts

Qualifications

  • Sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of the safety and industrial supply industry is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field is preferred
