Technology Project Manager

Job Description

Mandate Overview:

• Lead the delivery of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives and third-party solutions within a Capital Markets environment.
  
• The client is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and rollout of transformational initiatives that improve internal operations and external client capabilities. The role involves managing complex technical integrations across client systems and third-party solutions while delivering measurable business value.
  
• The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, oversee data migration and governance activities, align delivery with compliance requirements, and provide executive-level reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  
• 7-10 years of project and program management experience
  
• Capital Markets experience and large-scale technology transformation delivery exceeding $5M.
  
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification
  
• Delivery of technology transformation programs exceeding $5M
  
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
  
• Data and document management platform migrations or legacy system replacements
  
• Capital Markets domain expertise
  
• Enterprise architecture principles, SDLC, and cloud platforms
  
• Microservices architectures and event-driven systems
  
• Python, NodeJS, JavaScript
  
• MongoDB, Redis Cache, Apache Kafka, AWS S3
  
• REST API design
  
• Document management platforms and content service architecture
  
• Metadata extraction and indexing
  
• System integration and API gateway design
  
• Capital Markets operations, payments systems, or settlement/reconciliation workflows
  
• Regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and Capital Markets asset classes/business models
  
• AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and data governance
  
• Team leadership (8-15 people)
  
• Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels and regions
