Tasks
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our construction team. The role supports our site teams with day-to-day tasks, helps close out deficiencies, and ensures job sites run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple sites.
About the Deliverables
- Complete minor repairs and finishing work on commercial interiors
- Assist with punch list and deficiency close-out items
- Support site teams with basic construction tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
- Perform basic drywall, patching, painting, hardware installation, etc.
- Pick up and deliver materials or tools when required
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors and the construction director
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements
About You
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in construction, interior design, or similar fields.
- Owns a vehicle or has the ability to travel to sites (expenses reimbursable).
- Proven handyman or construction experience in commercial settings
- Comfortable with basic tools and repair techniques
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry materials/tools
