Responsibilities :
Weare looking for strong experience with hardware and desktopsoftware applications with the following keyresponsibilities :
Resourcemust have own mode of transportation totravel
Experienceproviding desktop hardware and software support tousers
Experienceadministering / supporting computer enduser devices in a largecomplex environment supporting device hardware (e.
g. PCs and Macsmobile devices and peripherals) operating systems device imagingapplication installation deployment and securitytools.
Experiencetroubleshooting and managing file and printservices.
Theability to communicate effectively and professionally includingproducing written technical material that is concise grammaticallycorrect and structured to communicate the intended message withhighefficacy.
Thesuccessful candidate must be fluent in both French and English withstrong verbal and writtenskills.
OtherActivities :
Manage& support enduser devices (laptops desktops rugged tabletsmobile phones printersetc)
Enduser software support Windows 10 and Windows 11 MacOS MicrosoftApps for Enterprise (O365) and other desktop softwareapplications
ProvideTier 2 support which includes a dedicated service for walk upsupport toendusers.
Imagedeploy and configure new computers / laptops and install varioussoftwareapplication
Recordingall inventory incidents / service request ticket updates into ourincident managementsystem.

Thisis a bilingual position. Strong verbal and written communicationskills in French and English arerequired.

Specific Project Requirements : The company s Small Segment team isseeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor tosupport Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, andevaluating strategic change requirements in this space.
The ChangeAdvisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption andusage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of changeincluding changes to business processes, systems and technology,job roles and organization structures.
The primary responsibilitywill be creating and implementing change management strategies andplans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizeresistance.
The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams andleaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization andgreater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in theorganization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROIand the achievement of results and outcomes.
Skills : Top SkillsRequired : Demonstrate specialized depth and / or breadth of expertisein change management consultancy.
Excellent facilitation skillswith ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability toquickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture.

Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets : Minimum 7 years experience in employee and / or organizationaleffectiveness or change management.
