Job Summary
The CRM Developer will be responsible for the development, testing, deployment, and optimization of customer marketing campaigns within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will participate in discovery sessions with business stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, build campaign solutions, and support campaign execution from concept through deployment. This role requires a combination of campaign development expertise, advanced SQL and relational database skills, and experience working within at least one enterprise marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or SAS.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and gather campaign requirements from business stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns using enterprise campaign management platforms.
- Build audience segments and campaign logic using SQL and relational databases.
- Create and optimize complex queries involving advanced joins, large datasets, and query performance tuning.
- Perform campaign testing and self-QA prior to deployment.
- Collaborate with peer developers and QA teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution and data-related issues.
- Support ongoing campaign enhancements and process improvements.
- Work independently within a fast-paced enterprise environment while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills
- 3 years of campaign development experience
- Experience developing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, SAS, or a similar enterprise campaign management platform
- Mid to senior-level SQL and relational database expertise
- Experience creating complex SQL queries, advanced joins, audience segmentation, and query optimization
- Experience extracting and manipulating large customer datasets
- Experience conducting discovery sessions and gathering business requirements
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management and deployment processes
