Description de poste

Exacare ai is a leading health tech company on a mission to build the AI operating system for post-acute care. Our platform turns messy, unstructured referral packets into clear clinical insights and next steps, so teams can make faster, safer placement decisions with less administrative burden. Today, exacare ai powers more than 2,000 facilities, and is growing rapidly.

We recently raised a $30M Series A led by Insight Partners, and are bringing world-class talent together to transform healthcare. If you like building, learning, and want to make a real impact, come join us!

About the Role

Exacare ai is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to develop and scale our customer-facing analytics offering and embed data in everyday workflows and processes. You will work hand-in-hand with the Data Lead to stand up this function and shape how data is leveraged internally and productized externally at exacare.

Exacare has a uniquely rich dataset and is well poised to provide immense value to its customers; it captures critical operational and clinical signals that are largely invisible to our customers today. Unlocking it represents one of the biggest opportunities to create differentiated product value and long-term competitive advantage. Data includes: benchmarking across 2000+ facilities, 3M+ referrals processed, and is growing in depth and in scope as we continue to roll out to more customers and introduce new product features. This data is heavily underleveraged today, and this role exists to transform it into a core product offering and competitive advantage. This role bridges robust analytical capabilities and customer-facing product value.

This individual will co-develop data solutions, working directly with customers and other stakeholders to communicate key insights and understand opportunities to embed our data and analytics into their workflows. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing complex data and building dashboards as they are presenting insights to customers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You’re a curious, data-minded problem-solver who can operate independently and translate complex data into products, insights, and workflows that drive measurable outcomes for customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to productize Exacare's data: determine which insights, analytics capabilities, and AI-driven features can deliver the most customer value and competitive differentiation
  • Work closely with the Product Team to scope and build-out reporting for new features as they are shipped, ensuring our reporting offering evolves to keep pace with broader enhancements being made to the product
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear data requirements for Product, Engineering, and technical data partners

Customer Enablement

  • Lead execution for all customer-facing data and reporting, including building and maintaining dashboards and reports, as well defining standardized processes/systems for bespoke reporting requests
  • Support high-stakes customer and prospect moments from a data and analytics perspective (i.e., preparing customer-ready materials, joining key meetings as the ‘voice of data’)
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer reporting issues, diagnosing and resolving problems independently
  • Partner with Sales, BizOps, and other functions to develop internal dashboards, customer-facing artifacts, and other data tooling to embed data & analytics into key internal workflows and processes
  • Identify patterns in ad hoc requests and recommend ways to improve processes, dashboards, documentation, or product functionality
  • Support the roll‑out of all internal data‑related initiatives including developing training cadences for internal teams

What You’ll Bring

Core experience

  • 1-3+ years in data / product analytics, strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands‑on experience with BI and reporting tools; experience with Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including comfort with complex array/lookup formulas and experience building robust models to produce clear, usable outputs
  • Experience working directly with customers or key stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, validate ideas, communicate insights, and manage feedback loops
  • Track record of driving data initiatives from problem definition to delivery, including managing backlogs, making trade‑offs, and aligning cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations while garnering buy‑in from stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to connect complex technical features directly to customer value, user needs, and business outcomes (like ROI, efficiency gains, or retention)
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving startup environment

Preferred

  • Experience in strategy consulting or customer‑facing analytics
  • Experience building analytics or data products in a high‑growth B2B SaaS, health tech, or healthcare operations environment
  • Familiarity with product usage analytics, benchmarking, data exports, or recurring customer reporting workflows
  • Strong SQL skills and deep familiarity with relational database design
  • Exposure to modern data stack tools, data warehouses, or analytics engineering workflows
  • Competitive salary and equity in a high‑growth startup
  • Flexible PTO, take what you need
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Great startup culture, including company off‑sites
  • High‑achieving team, including ex‑FAANG engineers and alumni of Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and more

Only the best belong here

We are unapologetic about talent. This should be the best team you have ever been on. Protecting that standard is how we honor each other’s time, ambition, and craft.

We work even harder to keep our partners than we did to earn them initially

The work does not stop when a customer first onboards to our platform. It deepens over time. We partner with operators, listening and learning about real problems, and translate that into solutions that help them succeed in practice. We earn trust through consistent delivery.

We keep the patient downstream of every decision

At the end of the day, this is about the patient. We get there by deeply respecting and reflecting on our purpose: to develop software that aids teams in delivering better care.

Raise the bar on ownership

We grow because people here go beyond the minimum. We invest extra effort, care, and ownership into what we build.

The world is moving fast. We move faster.

This is a race. We work hard, we move early, and we stay ahead of problems and competitors. If we slow down, someone else will pass us.

We say what’s true, early, and we keep communication direct and clean so the team can move.

Bring good vibes and win together

We win as a team. We bring energy, support each other, and make the workplace somewhere people are excited to show up.
