Compensation & Hours :
- Salary : k k
- Schedule : Monday Friday, occasional weekends as needed
Position Summary :
- Oversee all aspects of construction and preconstruction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and project team to develop and maintain project scope, budget, schedules, and plans
- Build strong client relationships with exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Act as a community advocate to ensure positive project impact
Required Qualifications :
- Degree / diploma / certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Carpentry or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of project management experience in commercial, agriculture or industrial construction
- Current class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, specifications, budgets, and schedules
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams from initiation to completion
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to manage stakeholder relationships and address challenges effectively
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building positive community relationships
Bonus Points For :
- Sage experience
- Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, PMP, CET or P.Eng.
- Preference will be given to candidates with roots in Lethbridge, AB
