Our client is a well-established general contractor hiring three project manager positions : two for the Calgary market and one for Edmonton.
These positions are due to growth spurred by an increase in projects. However, this isn't just a project-based hire - our client has a healthy pipeline of projects based on their long-term relationships in the market.
All projects are high-rise in nature, all being concrete buildings of ten stories or more.

What You Will Do :
- Oversee all stages of the project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Who You Are :
- Have managed 2 or more projects from start to finish, ideally high rise in nature but will entertain smaller multifamily projects (3-5 stories)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Great trade relationships
- Alberta construction experience is strongly preferred but will entertain applicants from Ontario or British Columbia with high-rise experience
