JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure they areoperatingefficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repairs for Labatt facilities, including working with external contractors when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of all facility supplies and materials, ensuring they are available when needed.
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records of all facility inspections and maintenance activities.
- Support the Facilities Manager in the development and implementation of long-term facility plans, including upgrades and improvements.
- Print cheques and make the daily deposits to guarantee payments related to different areas from Labatt are paid on time.
- Place various orders related to office supplies, businesscardsand other special requests.
- Work as a backup inreceptionwhennecessary.
- Support any requests related toguaranteeingsecurityin the office – access cards (activation and deactivation), schedule security guards and manageHVACand lights forspecial events.
- Manage payments andprovidespecificinformation (payment dates, purchaseordersnumbers,etc)for different vendors related to the office.
- Work with procurement to set up vendors in the system and define payment terms.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities and working with external vendors or contractors preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with facilities or project management tools is an asset.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
