Title : Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary : $55,000-$65,000
Location : Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule : Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days work from home

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
Verify and reconcile invoices and purchase orders
Prepare and perform check runs
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and resolve any discrepancies
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Specialist, or similar role
Familiarity with accounting software and systems
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
