IT Project Manager
Job description
We are looking for dynamic consultants to strengthen our I nformation Systems & Digital team in Montreal and Vancouver .
Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us meet our clients' challenges.
You will support various projects with your expertise as IT Project Manager.
Your main responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
- Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- PMP certification or equivalent (PMI or Prince2)
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
