Location : Markham, ON- Hybrid roleSUMMARY OF ROLE : This is a Call Centre Billing Representative, handling approximately 25-30 inbound calls per day.
Provide great customer service to Licensed Insurance Advisors and other staff from both the Contact Centre and Insurance BranchesRESPONSIBILITIES : The position will involve answering billing telephone inquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner (approx.
25-30 per day)The individual in this position will support the Sales Centres and Insurance Branches with accepting and processing payments and maintaining billing of client policiesThere are no collections responsibilities in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS : Excellent telephone manner and communication skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt quickly to changeProblem solving skillsStrong / accurate Data Entry Skills and ability to talk and type while navigating screensProficient in Windows applicationsSpecifically, MS Excel and MS WordBilling or credit experience is an asset but not required.
