One of our major Government clients is looking for an OneStream Consultant (FP&A, Financial Close, Finance Transformation) Length : Approximately 6 months contract (January 2, 2025 to June 27, 2025) Location : Toronto, Ontario (Onsite) Pay Rate : $114.

17 / hr BACKGROUND OF THE CLIENT DEPARTMENT AND ROLE : The ERP / Financial Systems team resides in the Office of the Deputy CFO and leads enterprise-wide programs while also supporting other business initiatives and previously operationalized projects.

This team serves as the bridge between the DCFO Office and other key stakeholders and understanding pain points throughout the process.

The team then implements multi-faceted business improvements to address the pain points, considering governance, business processes, technology, and change management.

The EPM Consultant and Senior Architect, is part of the Finance Division, Office of the Deputy CFO, reporting to ERP Business Lead.

This role supports and collaborates with the ERP Business lead and the Financial Systems teams during the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project.

This role will provide technical advisory and consultation to the project based on industry best practices, and the individual's practical experiences and technical architectural knowledge.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to) : - Provide advice and consultation on overall project activities and planning to ensure project objectives and business goals are met- Attend business requirements workshops to understand business needs- Review and advise on technology and functional solution designs- Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, and developers to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into architectural blueprints- Design and develop end-to-end EPM solutions for complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technical feasibility- Define and document technical solution based on architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices- Assess impact of solution designs to overall architectural design of the EPM solution and IT ecosystem- Provide support and advice on business process re-design to ensure achievement of business transformation goals and alignment with technology design- Propose improvements to automate business functions, streamline business processes and workflows and make best use of technology to improve effectiveness and user experience for stakeholders- Develops a thorough understanding of the business goals, transformation needs, business strategies and processes to translate into system functionality and user-requirements to guide designs and development activities- Support the development and documentation of project deliverables and project reporting, such as : RAID logs, status reports, etc.

Support the Financial Systems team to identify and assess technical solution design gaps, risks and implications with mitigation strategies- Assists and supports change management efforts (e.

g., managing expectations, training strategy, and risk mitigation strategies) to prepare the business units for successful adoption of system changes to achieve business goalsQUALIFICATIONS : - Have experience in implementing OneStream solutions from both FP&A and financial close perspectives- Experience leading technical teams to successfully design and deploy EPM solutions- Experience with Finance transformation projects including technical solution designs and change management- Excellent business analysis, technology and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of project management principles and practices URGENT : Please read the job description above.
