Angular Directions are working closely with a unique company based out of Canada who are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive their operation in Ottawa.
With a dedication to Ecomm Optimisation, Risk Management, and Data Analysis, this company is a proud client of ours and we're delighted to help them find the ideal BI Analyst with strong foundations in SQL and Tableau and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
Join their dynamic team and help them drive business intelligence initiatives forward.We are opening our new office in Ottawa in the coming weeks and so any successful applicant will be working 3 or 4 days per week on-site in Ottawa.
We have created an overview of the role and the needs for the role below : Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
Design, build, and deploy Tableau reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to understand their business requirementsSupport the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation and wider Tableau proficiency, as well as SQL knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Previously worked with agile project management tools eg. Jira , Trello would be a bonus.
