We are looking for an Architectural Lighting Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategic marketing efforts for our existing product portfolio and future new products.

Responsibilities : 1.Market Analysis and Strategy : Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand the architectural lighting industry, market trends, and customer needs.

Collaborate in developing marketing strategies to position GVA Lighting's products effectively within the market.2.Product Positioning and Messaging : Create clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that highlight the unique value propositions of GVA Lighting's products.

Ensure consistent and effective communication of the product's value proposition to target customers.3.Competitive Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the architectural lighting market.

Collaborate in developing strategies to position GVA Lighting's products against competitors effectively.4.Go-to-Market Planning and Execution : Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and updates.

Oversee the execution of GTM plans, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and other relevant departments.5.Marketing Collateral and Content Creation : Create and manage marketing collateral, sales materials, product documentation, and other marketing assets that showcase GVA Lighting's products effectively.

Collaborate to develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional activities.6.Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training, and resources to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.

Provide product training and support to the sales team to improve product understanding and sales efficiency.7.Customer Insights and Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand customer preferences and perceptions of GVA Lighting's products.

Utilize customer insights to drive product improvements and tailor marketing strategies.Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 5+ years of experience in architectural lighting industry (lighting design, specification, lighting product management, product design, marketing, and engineering sales)Educational Background : Lighting savvy (good technical lighting knowledge, LC, CLD certifications are an asset)Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.

Technical writingAnalytical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.

Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, MS Office,and ERP systems.

Customer Focus : Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective marketing strategies for lighting solutions.
