Role Overview : As our Sales Success Coach & Team Builder , you will : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of remote life insurance sales professionals, empowering them to excel.
Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance team performance and drive results. Conduct virtual meetings with clients and lead by example, showcasing top-notch sales techniques.
Manage and optimize the sales process for unionized benefits packages and permanent coverage options. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within your team.
Ideal Candidate : We’re looking for someone who : Has a proven track record in life insurance sales and team leadership.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possesses strong motivational and coaching abilities to elevate team performance.
Is tech-savvy , with experience in digital sales tools and virtual team management. Is self-motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements : Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one through our sponsored program). 1+ year of team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
