Role Overview

The Senior Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting EraTree’s day-to-day transaction execution, client onboarding, and operational controls. This role focuses on ensuring accurate payment processing, timely settlements, clean reconciliations, and smooth onboarding workflows across fiat and crypto rails.

Working closely with Operations, Compliance, Trading, and Finance, the Operations Analyst helps maintain institutional-grade operational standards while supporting EraTree’s growth across Canada and select international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Payments & Transaction Operations

• Support daily OTC payment and settlement operations across fiat and crypto rails
• Track transactions from trade execution through settlement and confirmation
• Monitor payment statuses and assist in resolving failed, delayed, or unmatched transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and payment partners to ensure timely settlement

Reconciliation & Operational Controls

Client & Partner Onboarding Support

Compliance & Risk Support

Reporting & Process Improvement
