Responsibilities :

  • Generatenew business opportunities (cold calling email and LinkedInoutreach)
  • Manage a full sales cyclefrom prospecting toclosing
  • Consistentlymeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs : revenue meetings salesactivities
  • Proactivelyparticipate in team training sessions to enhance your skills andproductknowledge
  • Monitorand analyze sales metrics and submit regularreports
  • Overseesales funnel and manage CRM data (KommoCRM)

Requirements

MinimumQualifications :

  • 1years of hunter sales experience in the USmarket (cold callingemailsLinkedIn)
  • Excellentcommunication in English (level C1C2) and Ukrainian / Russian
  • Provensuccessful track record in B2Csales
  • Excellenttime managementskills
  • Proficiencyin using AI CRMs dashboards analytics tools and othersoftware

PreferredQualifications :

  • Experienceselling to Real Estate investors in Sacramento / SF Bay Area is a hugeadvantage
  • ADUConstruction Real Estate or Property Management salesexperience
  • Experience in ahighvolume outbound sales activities environment
